CV walk through with few of their colleagues + group case study of pitching a pension plan + quiz on some basic knowhows on finance/investments/macro economics. Pretty chill overall, people are super friendly and not harsh.
Challenging, but fair. I met with different members of the team and had about 15 minute conversations. They asked about my background, experience, and ability to work with others. I found it to be engaging and was not surprised by any particular question.
