Interview
After you cv was approved, and you passed the hire view recorded interview, you would then get an invite to complete an assessment centre which took place online. This was a full day from 9-3;30pm including a range of various job simulation tasks to complete.
The interview process was on Teams. The whole process is with some basic interviews questions by asking past experiences and some behaviours questions with two actuaries. The interview lasted for 30 minutes.
It was a Hirevue interview where they asked about 7 questions. After that, there were Hirevue two games that involved mental math and spatial recognition with different, spinning shapes. The Hirevue interview link came after applying about 5 minutes ago with my resume.
