I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WTW (New York, NY) in Jun 2015
Interview
Was invited after a university hiring fair. Was treated very respectfully. Met with five people in the health and group benefits practice. All interviewers were consultants with actuarial backgrounds. I was asked behavioral-based questions and was provided the opportunity to ask questions. In total, I met with five consultants. Everyone was very welcoming and professional. I was offered water and met in a conference room. Interviews were back-to-back.

Question 1
Questions asked were situational, and were primarily "tell me about a time when..." They were quite standard and generic. I did not receive any specific questions about my experience, skills, or resume as it would relate to the position.
Had three rounds of interviews. I thought the questions were all straight forward and the people I’ve interviewed with are all kind. No complaints on the interview process really. I liked the interview process at lot more than most companies

Online, several rounds including competency questions, case studies, group work and relaying answers within time constrains. You were supported if there were any technical issues, and they were forgiving about if your line dropped out
I applied online. I interviewed at WTW (Milan) in Jan 2026
Interview
Videochiamata su Teams con due membri del team con cui poi avrei lavorato. La posizione aperta era per analista attuariale, ramo pensioni. Sono stati gentili, anche se non ero la figura che stavano cercando.
