I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WWEX Group (Pittsburgh, PA) in Nov 2014
Interview
One of the best interview experience I have had. The hiring manager was very personable and took the time to get to know me in the lobby before my first F2F interview with the regional sales manager. The interview lasted about an hour and I was invited back for a full day job shadow. Ironically enough, we pitched business in the business park where my old company and an affiliate had offices. On the interview I broke the ice, introduced myself and the manager, and questioned qualified customer to figure out their shipping habits. I was offered the position after the interview but decided to choose another that had a higher base salary and more aggressive commission structure. Great place to work and great people, but they lost me on the compensation.

Interview
Phone interview followed by in person interview. Basic questions for about an hour. Ask for you to come in for a full field day to show what you are made of. Overall not a bad experience.
Phone interview --> In-person interview --> Ride along
Phone interview was casual. He told me what the company was about and asked some basic questions. Have some of your own questions ready. Talk about sports.

Interview
I was introduced to World Wide Express through a recruiter. The recruiter had a good relationship with the company already. Technically she did the first phone screen, and then set up the interview. I met with Tyler who was an awesome guy and you can tell his team really loved him. It went well, we moved forward to the ride along. It was interesting but after the day was through, I felt that there had to be a smarter way of finding leads than the way they worked.
