Applied Online and Connected with the Recruiter. I had a interview scheduled and was so excited for it. I spent the entire weekend prepping. ONE HOUR before the interview I received an automatic email saying the position has been filled with NO communication from the Recruiter. I felt horrible. I contacted the recruiter and thank her for the opportunity but I also called them out on the false culture they claim. I mentioned that the people that apply and are actual human beings. Of course then the recruiter reaches out days later apologizing and asked me to fill out some interview questions. Then three days later when I followup she said "Sorry the position has been filled". WHat a upsetting mess. I talk to others that applied and had the same response!
