      Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator Interview

      May 23, 2024

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at WYLD (Portland, OR) in Jan 2023

      Interview

First was an online application which included a resume, cover letter, and a short collection of open answer questions. Then I received an invite for a phone call which was very much for screening, like general qualifications, comprehension of the role. Then I had a phone call with hiring manager who was interested and interesting. This was the first conversation with more skillset specific and hypothetical scenario questions. The last round I reached was a zoom interview with direct team members. This one was awkward borderline painful since the two team members I spoke with did not seem comfortable conducting an interview. I wasn't invited on from there which clearly means I didn't do well but at the same time, I wasn't left with the impression that this team was involve, engaged, interested, etc. Dodged a bullet, perhaps?
