Received request for phone interview from an HR manager after submitting my application online. The first interview with an HR manager went well and he said he would meet with BI managers to recommend me for the next step and would be in touch soon. Five days later I sent a followed up email to thank him for his time and was invited to attend an in-person interview in three days. I accepted and asked for some additional information which was not provided until I followed up with another email the following day. Arrived at the office the day of the interview and met another candidate also waiting to interview for the same job. We were interviewed simultaneously; one with a panel of team members while the other was 1:1 with the hiring manager. The interviewers candidates about midway through the process. The final step was a brief 1:1 with the HR manager. The HR manager said he would send an email with the benefit package information that afternoon and would follow up the following day with communication of an offer or a 'no' decision. Neither of those emails were received. I assume the other candidate received an offer. The interview process was not bad, but the communication process was very weak.
