Group activity with 3 other applicants, followed by a short 1-1. Task was to discuss and devise solutions to several case studies where customers were unhappy. We were given ~20 minutes alone to brainstorm, after which we had to explain our thinking to the interviewers 1-1 was less of an interview, more of an informal chat to find out more about the applicants.
