standard interview with normal questions asked like why you want to work at waitrose and what you can bring to the table to provide excellent service for customers to ensure they come again
Group interview, good opportunities to stand out but can be quite nerve racking if no prior experience. I would recommend to those who try to be prepared to find ways to make yourself seem like the best candidate as you will be up against around 5 or so people.

it was a comunal interview - only a few people, a fairly relaxed process. It must have only taken 40 minutes total. There was introduction from one of the current employees about the store and how it worked and that every is considered partners at Waitrose and John Lewis. We then got put into groups
