Received email from hiring manager for interview about a month after applying. First interview was pretty basic with hiring supervisor. Was asked to come back for a second interview before panel of nurses, admin and staff. Pretty basic and laid back. Felt that it went well. I’ve worked in hospital for over 20 yrs so I felt confident. Then received email about a week later that I was not chosen. Frustrating that a person does not call you back and let you know why you weren’t considered. I believe it’s my age.

Week later..,Then received call for interview week later- one week later interviewed with two very nice ladies ask normal behavior questions and job related inquiries...Went really well..-check my application status two days later.. Stated offer being developed .. Waited on recruiter to call with offer and accepted 3 days later ..feeling excited.. I'm going to work for WakeMed..
