I applied online. I interviewed at WakeMed Health and Hospitals (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
Applied online but didn't hear anything. Was moving from out of state and called HR to alert them of an upcoming visit for a potential interview. The manager for women's health called me within a day to schedule the interview and I shadowed on the floor for 2 hours first. I then met with 3 of the supervisors and they asked me character based questions and questions about my nursing experience. Most of the interview was spent listening to the manager tell me about how the unit functions. It was a low stress interview and I was offered a position shortly after that.
