Interview
After applying online, I received a call from the department manager. I was informed about the position and then asked a few questions regarding my background. An interview was set for the next week. It was a 3-panel interview. It was very informal-more like a conversation where you are getting to know each other. I felt very comfortable, even with three people. Even though the feel of the interview was relaxed, I still made sure to answer their questions using the STAR format. From the time I applied to the day of my interview was 2 weeks. I found out I got the role the day after the interview.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at WakeMed Health and Hospitals (Raleigh, NC) in Sep 2024
Interview
Asked about 3 questions on qualifications and then asked several personal life questions.
Very juvenile interview, felt like being interviewed by gossip queen central.
I get asking about being able to work with having a family, but personal life questions are ridiculous.
When I maintained personal life questions were irrelevant I was quickly informed the interview was over and I'd hear back in a week. Yep. A month later to get an email from HR telling me I was under qualified, then to get email the same-day from interviewing manager I was over qualified. Can't be both.
Very unprofessional
