Interview process was easy, poor communication throughout the process though. Follow up with applicant in every stage of the interview. I had a phone interview with HR and heard nothing back, even after sending follow up emails. I felt as I had a strong interview and took time to prepare, have some common courtesy and send a simple email to someone not moving forward in the application process. It only takes 3 minutes. I was very excited to apply and receive a response to interview here, it’s local and the position was a great fit for my experience so I gave it a shot. After this process, Wakefern left a bad taste in my mouth.
