The process was simple. First the phone call to let me know that they were interested. I was told that it might take up to a month to get the ball rolling. Waited about 3 weeks and got another phone call to set up a face to face interview. Went to the interview which consisted of basic interview questions followed by small talk which was followed by an offer. Started work the following Monday.
