This was quite a pleasant experience. The interview process was well organized and conducted in a professional and respectful manner. The interview itself focused on my clinical background, academic preparation, and alignment with the role’s expectations, as well as my ability to support student learning and uphold institutional standards.

The interview process was different from others I have been on. They did not ask me a series of questions; instead, we had a great conversation that allowed me to provide the interviewer with all the information she needed for this position and learn more about the position and the institution. It was a great interview!
