Typical process -- a phone interview, a hiring manager interview and then a final interview and there was also some conversation with HR. No assessment or other hoops to jump through. Everyone was very nice and friendly and the culture seemed to be a very good place to work.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Walden University (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2025
Interview
The process was good a little lengthy , but is was worth it. I am so excited to be a part of such a great university it took me 3 different interviews with 6 different managers, but it was worth it and 3 rd time is a charm.
