The interview process was a positive experience! The questions were intense and the interview was a full hour but I was well informed about the university and position. I’m overall very pleased with the process and my experience thus far at Walden!

Tell us about one of your failures and what what was the outcome. This is a great question, one that I had not been asked before.
Standard interview. Typical interview questions. Situational questions. Interview was about 30 minutes long. Three people interviewed me. Only one interview then received a call a couple weeks later with the offer.

I was interviewed by a recruiter, he was late to the phone interview by 15 minutes and apologized, we had a 20 minute interview, and then I never heard from them again, even though I thought the interview went well.
