The interview team welcomed me and provided background and context on the position. They listened and answered my questions that I had. The follow up prospectus assignment was something I enjoyed doing and liked to show how I reviewed the problem statement and the questions.

The interview process with Walden University was very streamlined and organized. The hiring team, which included the assistant Dean, made me feel immediately comfortable with their introductions and initial questions. It felt more like a conversation and I enjoyed both the discussion and learning about how the University operates. Although the interview was virtual, I felt as if the team were all sitting down with me in a comfortable setting. That put me very much at ease. I am looking forward to being part of the contributing faculty for Walden University.
