The interview process consisted of 3 interviews with different staff members of the institution: one 30 minute phone interview, an one hour video conference, and a 30 minute video conference. The 30 minute interviews were with one other individual, with multiple people joining in the 1 hour interview.
The interview process began with a 30 minute phone screening to describe the role and verify that I met the minimum qualifications.
This was followed up by an hour initial Microsoft Teams meeting with some of the managers and then a final hour initial with the head manager and another manager. The interview process was very conversational and was a pleasant experience.
