The initial process was straightforward and the HR contact was friendly and informative. However, when I dealt with the Accurate Background agency, they were not helpful. They provided conflicting information and prevented me from being cleared in a timely manner due to misunderstanding or misrepresenting the information I provided. I had to contact them multiple times and contact HR to try to get them both to communicate with one another. It was a stressful process.
