There were two interviews. One with the initial screening questions for 30 min., and then the second with management for an hour. After that, they spoke to my manager in Enrollment and followed up with me to make the offer

Standard STAR format questions. I did a phone interview first with the Recruiter , followed by a video interview with 2 Managers. At the end of the first interview I was told I would move on to the next stage and was sent a link for a writing sample and to schedule the video interview.
