The interview was a very cordial yet professional dialogue regarding my potential fit with the educational delivery method and mission of Walden University. I was asked to describe my educational and experiential background, particularly as it relates teaching and advising doctoral students. My response was requested to a scenario regarding a difference of opinion between myself as a doctoral student chair and another committee member. I was asked if my expertise was in qualitative or quantitative research after which I was asked to provide a written assessment of a mock doctoral student prospectus within the next seven days. I agreed and was then permitted to conclude the interview any questions I might have.
