The interview process was composed of three separate interviews with key stakeholders. The first was with the recruiter and was valuable in preparing for the next two interviews. The second was with senior-level management identifying management experience and the third was with director-level representatives focusing on management and leadership experience. All three interviews and those involved went well and I felt much support from those involved. All were very professional and encouraging.
