Went in after the interview and was asked to take an assessment test. After that they had me watch a couple of videos on the computer. The videos showed different scenarios with key points for me to learn.

Easy, straight forward, not difficult, entry-level, simple, anyone could do it, basic questions, uncomplicated, not panel, one person. This is an entry level position and the interview process reflects this.
