Store Manager asked me a few questions, offered a job on the spot. Gave the option of pharmacy Tech or cashier. The manager was very friendly but clearly in a hurry and seemed desperate for more employees

What have you done in the past (customer service wise) to mitigate a high-tension situation?
Simple questionare in order to get the job not a whole lot be yourself and be willing to learn. Only reason outside of a horrible interview is not passing a background check is all that I can think of.
Straight forward and easy to prepare for in terms of content. Don’t over think it. Takes about 30 min to complete. Be honest and don’t over do it. They look for realism.
