Welcomed by District Manager with Store Manager, then having some personal questions to introduce myself then some job related questions then an overall introduction by the district manager about Walgreens pharmacy and workflow then offered me to answer any questions I have

Tell me something you have done at work as a problem solving for a situation
Encompasses situational scenarios. It tested a candidates ability to act in variety of different situations related to retail pharmacy. The interview does not require much technical specific knowledge, but is meant to assess a candidates ability to work in a high paced retail environment.
Informal and comfortable. I felt relaxed and was able to be myself. Some interviews are extremely nerve-wracking, but I was able to ask all my questions and felt at ease. It made me feel like it would be a good place to work.
