I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Walgreens in Nov 2013
Interview
The entire hiring process was very fast and very pleasant. I was offered a job immediately after my interview with the hiring managers. I had to wait one month before actually starting the job though.

Question 1
There were standard behavioral questions. Nothing out of the ordinary.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Walgreens in Jan 2016
Interview
Applied online. After 3-4 weeks received an email approximately with follow-up questions. Recruiter responded with the salary range for the role. Received interview request about 2 weeks later, which consisted of an excel test and a face-to-face interview with 2 managers. Pretty standard interview, many behavioral questions. During the interview I was informed that the position I originally applied for was no longer an analyst role, but a client services position.
I currently work for a small company, and somehow one of the interviewers knew or was connected to the executive director of my current employer. A few days after my interview, I was informed that someone had reached out to let my employer know a) I was interviewing at Walgreens and b) to ask what they thought of me as a candidate, even though I had not given permission to contact them as a reference (nor did I list them as a reference)... A move I believe to be completely unprofessional, unethical and against any standard interviewing practices. They could have really jeopardized my job, luckily my employer took this as an opportunity to redefine my role and offered me a fairly generous raise.
It's been about 3 weeks and I have not received any further communication, so I will take that as a 'no'.
