I applied online, and after 2 days I got a call from the pharmacy saying that I should go into a walgreens to complete the skills assessment. After completing the assessment, I got another call for an interview. The interview took about 15 - 20 minutes. After the interview, she told me they have other interviews set up, and will give me a call back.

I applied online and was contacted to schedule an interview. The interview was straightforward and mostly focused on my availability, customer service experience, teamwork, and why I wanted to work in a pharmacy setting. They asked behavioral questions about handling difficult customers, working with coworkers, and staying organized in a busy environment. The pharmacist interviewed me and was professional, explained the role, expectations, and next steps clearly. The store manager was also present and took notes. I am still waiting to hear back about an offer.

They called me asking when I was available to interview. I went in for a half hour interview with the pharmacy manager. It felt pretty comfortable and conversational and he told me a lot about the training process since I didn’t have experience.
