Hiring was simple. Online application, Human Resources recruiter will contact and do a pre-screening survey. Interview for Management is done via a panel. Two operational managers and a member of human resources are present and ask eight to ten questions regarding previous experience, situational and conflict resolution. Managers are professional and comfortable to talk to.

In person interview, they sit you down and ask your availability whether you would be willing to work in the pharmacy eventually and you have to get a license for the pharmacy as well. the job is easy and quite lax it's a good company but can have some favoritism with upper management

The interview was quick easy and to the point. They just ask about your previous history and if you have stocked before. It was not anything to be nervous about.
