I had two different managers force me to apply for and take Shift Lead even though the recruiter insisted that I was to do ASMT. The manager who interviewed me shot down any answer I gave on why I was qualified for the job. I told him that communication needed to be fixed since I had one person telling me that I was getting ASMT and another telling me I was getting Shift Lead. The manager blew up and abruptly ended the interview.
