I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walgreens in Aug 2015
Interview
Filled out app online and went into the store to finish the assessment part of the application, got a call 3 days later, scheduled interview with the store manager the next morning, chatted a little about work experience and things, then asked 6 questions that were very structured about detailed times I was faced with a certain situation. Was offered a position the same day. Mandatory drug test and I start next weekend!

Name a time you dealt with a language barrier with a customer
There was only one interview required after filling out the online form. I spoke with the store owner/manager and heard back quickly. A drug test is the next and final step.

Question 1
Asked questions about communication, examples of challenges.

It was simple and easy. The store manager promptly followed up with me and scheduled an interview that consisted of normal interview questions. I then moved into the onboarding process.
