Interview
You sit down with the Store Manager and the Sm bounces questions off of you. If you do well with that, then the District Manager or Community Leader will sit in on a second interview. They talk about it after you leave, and you get a call or, if you ace it, they'll offer the position right then. Probably easier to get the job if you're coming in from outside of the company or applying for the position in a different store than your own.

It was an extremely easy interview process. I sat with the store manager for around 20 minutes. They have material they go through for the interview, almost like a workbook. You'll be asked questions about your work history, and how you handled certain customer service situations. You'll be asked about how you'd handle customer and employee escalations, and also times you made a customers day better.
