Easy enough. Simple STAR method. They look more for personality fit than they do for technical skills. I filled out an application online, I ended up being called for a store that I didn't apply for but was close enough. She had me come in and take the assessment. I was called in, it was an easy enough interview then she had some other interviews and I was called a week later and offered the job.
Easy, straight forward, not difficult, entry-level, simple, anyone could do it, basic questions, uncomplicated, not panel, one person. This is an entry level position and the interview process reflects this.
