Interview
The interview process was straightforward and easy. They were very friendly and receptive. They called and asked a few questions, and it went well from there. Received an offer a few days after.
Encompasses situational scenarios. It tested a candidates ability to act in variety of different situations related to retail pharmacy. The interview does not require much technical specific knowledge, but is meant to assess a candidates ability to work in a high paced retail environment.
Informal and comfortable. I felt relaxed and was able to be myself. Some interviews are extremely nerve-wracking, but I was able to ask all my questions and felt at ease. It made me feel like it would be a good place to work.
