Interview
You apply online take a short skills test. If they call you that means you scored well on the test. THye then call you in for another test in the store, and watch you on the camera. Once completed you let the manager on duty know you finished and either the manager calls you in for an interview then or the next day usually the next day. Then you come in for the interview are asked a few questions by the assistant manager then the big boss talks to you. Then if they like you they send you off to get a drug test down the road. tests then interview then straight to drug testing.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
When is the last time you worked as a team? and how did it go?
Simple and quick, just asking for previous experience. All other questions were pretty much related to interpersonal communication, as well as a couple "would you be willing to cover other roles if needed"
Easy, they ask questions and expect genuine answers. Had 2 interviews and they went very well. I was asked about previous experience which I didn’t have but they were understanding of that
The interview process was straightforward and efficient, with easy, clear questions that required minimal extra preparation. I also appreciated how promptly the interview was scheduled and conducted, which made the overall experience smooth and respectful of my time.
