I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Walgreens (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
I applied online, then took the test at the store. However I recieved the call from another walgreens store down the street. The interview process was simple. The pharmacy manager was the person that interviewed me, along with the store manager (however it was mainly the pharmacy manager I was speaking to because the store manager was on the phone). It could be very nerve-wrecking if you have never been in an interview before, just smile and be calm and all will be well.

I applied online. I interviewed at Walgreens (Wheeling, IL) in Jun 2026
Interview
I applied online and was contacted to schedule an interview. The interview was straightforward and mostly focused on my availability, customer service experience, teamwork, and why I wanted to work in a pharmacy setting. They asked behavioral questions about handling difficult customers, working with coworkers, and staying organized in a busy environment. The pharmacist interviewed me and was professional, explained the role, expectations, and next steps clearly. The store manager was also present and took notes. I am still waiting to hear back about an offer.
