easy questions. very textbook. didnt take too long. great experience. a passed skills assesment test required before the one on one interview. got a call 3 days after applying online and was scheduled for the test ( know your percentages ) and interview 3 days later. got hired on the spot. drug test required on that same day. started working 2 days later
the interview was very to the point & thorough. they asked basic interview questions like where are you from, where did you last work, why do you want this job, etcetera.

Interview process was basic and straight forward. If you've done customer service before you will be ok. Come dress professional. Be ready to ask questions to find out more about what the actual roles task. Also try to negotiate your hourly wage though you may not get it doesn't hurt to ask.
