Walgreens Shift Team Lead interview questions

Since I had prior experience and they needed and lead quick the process was pretty easy. I had to complete the assessment online. Once I pass the skills assessment I had an interview with two people with Basic interview questions. The hiring manager I had was good and we seem to hit it off. It usually takes a few days for the drug test and background check to come through. During my interview I had an offer which I accepted. Once hired there is a lot of online training to go through.

Worked as a service clerk and a position opened up, I asked to be put into the interview process. Took a few days then I had my interview, a few days later got the job. Mostly ehavoral based questions, more dealing with work ethic and problem solving then actual experience.
