I applied online. I interviewed at Walk-On's (Dallas-Fort Worth) in Oct 2022
Interview
Overall very unprofessional. My interviewer cursed during the interview multiple times. They also were incredibly disorganized. I came in on time for my first interview to be told that it was cancelled because construction was delayed. I returned for the second interview and got the job. However, the construction was delayed yet again. Nearly two months later, it is still not open. I am not sure why they were expecting it to be done six months ago at the time of my initial interview. I definitely will not be applying again. Also, they do have you try on the uniform during the interview if hired. It reminded me a lot of my employment with Hooters. They allow tattoos, but no jewelry (including apple watches). You can have your hair down and they prefer that, but it must be behind your shoulders (as a server/bartender that is pretty impossible). You cannot wear panty hose under the skort, which is pretty short. The uniforms vary by location. You wear red shoes with the outfit, which you must purchase yourself. There did not seem to be a physical appearance "requirement" as there is with Hooters. They also made a point to reassure their restaurant is NOT like other breastaurants and that they hire male servers as well. However, the skirt is indeed short. You are able to wear the scrub-like pants, which are hideous, but I was told they would not "allow" those til later. They specifically said they wanted the girls in skirts for the grand opening and first few weeks..
