Chatted with store manager for a bit about previous job experience as well as past positions. Very easy going, they just want to see of you have the personality for retail i.e outgoing. Asked a few questions about customer service experiences and how I get along with others.

Interview
I was not asked any questions really. The manager met me near my current job for a relaxed meeting. He had no papers with him, didn't ask for my resume and said the "interview" was just a formality as he was very desperate to fill the position. I was (obviously) offered a job I accepted.

Interview
barely any communication. easy job to get, but they will oversell it to you. I do not recommend this job at all. They will tell you you can make a lot of money here, which you can, in a high volume store. they also say they promote from within, which they typically do not.
