HM Screen (Product Sense), xFN 1:1s (UX, BizOps, ML Data Science) and PM Screen (either Group Director or a VP)
The conversations were mostly behavioral (70%) and a few hypothetical (30%). The hiring manager and PM screens reflected two very different approaches - high-level conversation and then more detailed digging for a particular answer. The conversations didn't seem to follow any particular framework and the interviewer feedback was contrary to structured answers ("does not handle ambiguity"). Ask good and hard questions of the PM Interviewers around the strategy as that was missing from many of their answers, and any alignment understood in earlier interviews can hopefully be used in final interviews.
