Interview
Not good at all, interviewer asked JavaScript questions which were not useful at all in practical work, had zero interest in past experiences and directly started with the trick questions. Interview process was optimized for people to learn up bunch of trick javascript programming questions.
It starts with some basic Java/Springboot/Kafka (producer and consumer etc.) questions, and then use Google docs to write 3 Leetcode questions(Easy to Medium) about String and HashMaps. Took around 40 mins.

I passed all the interviews only to be told at the end that they didn't have the budget. It took about 2 months. It was probably delayed because of budgeting issues.
