Laughable process. I interviewed with a total of 4 people including the hiring manager. The first 3 stages with the manager and their team had went well. But the hiring manager wanted me to interview with their colleague for a second opinion. First red flag was me being stood up by this person for 30 minutes on a zoom call. We tried rescheduling the meeting later in that day but was unsuccessful. The next day was too and we didn't speak until a week later. During my interview with him there was no accountability on his part for what happened but this wasn't even the half of the issue. During the interview he evaluated my responses in an unfair manner which ultimately cost me the job. After this interview the feedback from the hiring manager changed and I'm 100% confident that his colleague was the one who influenced his decision.
