One three hour long technical interview with 3 separate interviewers. Two hours are spent fixing and building a test project typically sent beforehand and the last hour or so is not in Xcode but in a playground where you discuss architecture it is all 3 rounds in one, not everyone interviewing is familiar with the project or an expert on the process.
