I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Winter Haven, FL) in Apr 2022
Interview
I had minimal experience in a kitchen before applying for this job, so the interview was pretty short. They just asked about the kind of person I was and got to evaluate my personality. Cart pushing wasn't exactly rocket science, and my mind and body were more or less fully-functional, so I was an easy hire for the job.
