Hiring Team was confusing. Interview process went for over a month and I did a lot of the follow-ups. Initial call with 1st recruiter was great - company sounded great and opportunity was amazing. Scheduled first interview which was also amazing. Interviewee was very interested and had a great convo. Then a 2nd recruiter scheduled my 2nd and 3rd interviews. They rescheduled my 2nd interview an hour before - which I understood because things happen! I had my interview with my "3rd" interviewee as scheduled. They were very nice but were multitasking. Then comes the day of my rescheduled interview. I logged onto Zoom and waited 10 minutes and no one showed up. I reached out to the 2nd recruiter - checking in to make sure everything was okay but received an away message. Now 20 minutes in, I reached out to the 1st recruiter asking for assistance and explained the situation. They responded something ambiguous that they are figuring things out and will get back to me. Never got a follow-up response. I reached out a week after asking if they had updates or if we could reschedule. Received a response they're working on feedback. No response after. I reached out again two weeks after as a final follow up and thanks for all their hard work. No response but today I received a generic rejection email from Walmart. Honestly felt like a waste of time and huge lack of communication. It would have been nice to have proactive communication!

It was a great interview process but the skills on which I was interviewed were never used in my role. I had a lengthy 3 hour interview process but what I expected after the interview was completely different from the reality. So better be careful and ask about the role before you can jump into it.
