I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Walmart (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
When I went in for my interview they seem to be in need of employees. They interviewed me in the back, asked me for my IDs and if I was allowed to work in the US. Also inquired when I could start. They hired me on the spot and then just needed me to get a drug test. Once I did that, I was hired and immediately went into training a few days later.
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
