For any hrly supervisor position they interview 3 candidates individually. I went last, they have a specific room to do interviews in. After everyone has been interviewed later that week they make there selections and let the individuals who didn’t get the position, that they are going to go with someone else.

Scheduling and actual interview was fast. The entire process is mostly finished within 3 days to 1 week depending on your availability for an interview. The questions are straightforward and easy.

Very easy simple straight to the point. A lot of questions however easy to answer. You have the option of what Departement you’d like to work in. Very easy interview overall.
