Interview
The first step in applying to any position at a WalMart is to submit an online application which contains a few steps in itself. For the online application there is a serious of questions with multiple choice answers which must be answered as well as attaching a resume. It takes approximately 20 minutes to complete this step. If you meet whatever the company is looking for they will contact you by phone for a personal interview which takes about another 20 minutes. If the requirements are met for this step you will then be contacted by phone to come in for a group interview in which you may partake in a series of exercises such as role playing (customer vs. employee) and speed interviewing. The group interview takes close to three hours. If after the group interview they decide to hire you, you will be contacted by phone with a date to come in for orientation.

Question 1
The most difficult question received in my opinion would be how my personal experiences will contribute to making me a better employee. I used a specific example of a conflict I had dealt with in school and used that to compare to how I would act in a conflict with a customer in the workplace.
Relaxing interview. Felt more like a conversation to know each other better before starting employment. The interviewers were friendly and accommodating, providing me woth additional details on the work environment and and job scope.

Examples of challenges faced and how I resolved them
the interview process was straight forward..basic questions about scenarios, what i bring to the table. Overall, the questions were HR like questions that try to gauge your experience, skillset and willingness to learn.
Interviewer was a nice person. It was not very challenging or stressful to get through the interview. I felt confident in my interview that I would be considered for the job.
