The market manager conducted the whole interview by starting with relatively easy questions from what is your favorite color progressed to other questions like describe a situation where during the course of performing your job you went above and beyond?
It was more than an hour. Three people conducted my interview in person and most of the questions were based on situations with customers, workload, priorities, and employee conflict. All the answers have to be genuine because one question leads to another.

Several questions with scenarios. A lot of questions about previous work experience and how it would/could pertain in retail business' daily demands. How would I handle multiple scenarios with upset customers or take care of upset associates. I believe it is based on the store managers relationship with applying persons.
